How is this different from hiring a typical consultancy?
Consultancies often separate strategy from implementation. We do both. The same people who recommend the approach are the people who build it. This creates a feedback loop—we're recommending, building, validating, and shipping at the same time.

Most projects ship an initial version in 1–3 weeks. We've built production systems in days when needed. We're not bottlenecked by process.
